Canada at Confederation

May 18 to September 16 2017

The unification of the provinces of British North America as the Dominion of Canada was a significant political event in the early history of Canada. With a special focus on Canada West in the 1850’s and 60’s, this exhibition provides a glimpse of the land and people on the eve of Confederation.
